Tespa India offers an electronic comparator, the new dimension in length metrology. This Electronic comparator is designed with a flash micro-controller technology. The Electronic comparator signal corresponding to the gauge head position is processed, amplified and displayed through 5-digit display or analogue display.

Tespa 306 is a multipurpose gauge for single probe and two probe differential. Smart yet rugged construction makes it equally at home in the workshop or standards room. The Electronic comparator thickness comparison through differential, measurements, besides roundness, ovality and match gauging tasks is possible.

Electronic comparator comes with B&S Tesa (Swiss) make electronic probes. The setting for upper control limit (UCL) and lower control limit (LCL) can be done through 4 x 1 matrix key board. The Electronic comparator setting values are either in absolute or in comparative value.

Grading is possible through LEDs in different colours for clear classification in, "Accept"(Green), "Reject"(Red) and "Rework (Yellow). Features: highly precise, compact, low cost, post process measuring instrument; digital processing of measured values; switch for internal/external measurements; zero setting possible at any point within the measuring range; also capable of setting itself to any pre programmed value (ie, master size, etc); acquisition of actual values of the master at the touch of a button; precise tolerance monitoring; classification possibilities; and RS-232 data interface for printer/computer/datalogger.
